These services must be expressly requested:
- at least five working days before the date of departure for all the trains that do not have a specific caption on the timetable;
- for trains featuring this note, these services can be requested up to one hour before the departure of the train (this service can be provided if the disabled passenger has private assistance to board the train);
- if the disabled person travels with a group, the service has to be requested at least five working days before the departure date.
The request has to be sent to:
- Customer Care / Assistenza Clienti
(Milan Cadorna)
- Monday-Friday from 7.00 to 20.00;
- Saturday from 8.00 to 20.00;
- Sundays and holidays from 8.30 to 16.00.

The request must include:
- the name and the telephone number of the person requesting the service;
- the date of departure or the travel dates;
- the origin and destination stations;
- the departure and arrival schedules;
- lthe accompanying person's;
- the characteristics of the wheelchair ( size, non-folding or folding, weight if powered);
- eany particular needs or personal requirements.
The Company will process these requests to see if they are compatible with the characteristics of the trains and of the railway network and then will communicate the timing and the modalities of the service to be provided.
