MAKE YOUR JOURNEY SAFER
TOGETHER, THE TRAIN IS MORE SAFE
That is to say: it is up to us to give you clear indications on the service, to you the responsibility of respecting them and helping us to enforce them. Everyone plays the part of him in safeguarding the health and safety of all, customers and staff.
As is known, the governing provisions in force have declined by 50% of servants of trains for months.
In practice, this means that each train can carry half of the normally eligible passengers, among other things with a number of seats available that varies according to the composition of each train.
For this reason, on board, we have clearly indicated the seats not to be used, and for each train we have calculated the number of passengers who can travel standing in case there are no seats available, taking into account the minimum distances to be guaranteed. between passengers wearing the mask correctly.
Given the maximum effort of trains and crews deployed and constrained by the rigidity of the railway system that does not allow the addition of further trains on the already highly frequented areas, we ask for your collaboration: if you can, consider not traveling on schedule peak (6.30 - 8.30 am/ 5.00-7.00 pm), avoiding the risk of gatherings.
LET US HELP TO START SOON WITH THIS SOLIDARITY SPIRIT OF COLLABORATION AND RESPECT FOR MUTUAL.
AT THE STATION
ON THE TRAIN
a. Avoid staying in the closed rooms of the station, except for travel-related needs (timetable consultation, ticket purchase, self-certification compilation ...);
b.Choose the most free areas of the dock and always stay at least one meter away from other people. Arranged along the entire platform, to avoid crowds at the train doors and to minimize travel once you get on the train;
c. Always wear the face covering correctly (nose / mouth), even while waiting for the train;
d. Wait for all passengers to get out. Line up near the door of your choice and wait for your turn to enter. Promote an orderly flow. Avoid gatherings;
e. Don't insist on getting on the train. Respect the sound announcements at the station or the conductor. Follow the directions you will find on board. The train will not be able to leave if it exceeds the required filling levels - which now correspond to 100% of the seats and some standing places in the vestibules alone - leaving the carriage corridors free;
f. Always download and use the Trenord App to be informed on the status of traffic, on information relating to possible gatherings in the stations and on the filling status of the main trains at peak times;
g. Always pay attention to station messages. If the arriving train does not offer spaces, we ask you to desist and wait for the next one.
