WHAT’S NEW - USE THE APP TO APPLY FOR THE IO VIAGGIO CARD AND MANAGE YOUR DIGITAL TRAVEL PASSES!
With the latest version, you can purchase the Io Viaggio card directly from the Trenord App. You can also purchase the card for a family member, associate it with your profile, and manage their travel pass.
With the card, you can manage all operations related to your travel passes directly from the app: checking their expiry, renewing them and buying new ones.
The card costs 10€, and after requesting it, you will receive it directly to your home within 10 working days.

RECEIVE MORE AND MORE UPDATES ABOUT YOUR TRIP!
Trip notifications are evolving: the App's new feature allows you to select the train you'll be traveling on to receive an update on your journey 10 minutes before boarding. In this way, you will be able to better arrange your arrival time at the station.
Once the trip is over, the choice will disappear automatically, preventing you from unwanted notifications.

NEW - THE TICKET BECOMES FLEXIBLE!
In fact, for all fixed-date tickets (Trenord origin/destination rail, integrated IVOL and Malpensa Express) purchased online, it is possible to change the date up to 3 times, in just a few clicks.
To change the date, in the "Tickets" section of the App, simply click on "View or change" and then on "Change date and time," and from there choose the new travel date and confirm. Change of date is possible up to midnight on the day before the trip.

The Trenord App is the digital channel where you buy the most. The real convenience is to do it until the last moment, when you are sure you are traveling. In a few steps you can buy Trenord, Malpensa Express airport, cross-border tickets for Switzerland or STIBM integrated tickets, carnet and season tickets (rail or integrated), in complete safety by credit card, PayPal or Satispay. The latest news to arrive on the App, the integrated IVOL day passes (soon also the three day passes) to travel freely on all public transport in Lombardia.
