Strike December 12th, 2025

The CGIL trade union has called a national strike of all public and private sectors which, for the railway sector, will take place from 00:01 to 21:00 on Friday, December 12, 2025, and may also cause disruptions to Trenord’s Regional, Suburban, Airport, and Long-Distance services.

Trains scheduled to depart according to the Official Timetable before the start of the strike and arriving at their final destination by 01:00 on December 12, 2025, will operate.

On December 12, 2025, the guaranteed travel time slots will be in effect, from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00, during which trains included in the “Guaranteed Minimum Services” list will operate.

In the absence of airport service trains, the following will be provided:
• Buses between Milano Cadorna and Malpensa Airport for airport connections only between “Milano Cadorna and Malpensa Airport” (without intermediate stops). From Milano Cadorna, buses will depart from Via Paleocapa 1.
• Buses between Stabio and Malpensa Airport to ensure the airport connection of line S50 “Malpensa Airport – Stabio” (without intermediate stops).
