Do you have to change your ticket for your return journey aboard the Malpensa Express?
Follow these simple steps:
- Log into your personal area and go to the "your travel tickets" section;
- In the list of your tickets, next to the PNR and the Download button, on the right, there is the red "i" icon, if you go over it, an indication "Change return date" will appear;
- Click on "i";
- Choose the date and time of the new trip, using the calendar and the sliding bar;
- Select the most comfortable train for your needs from the solutions proposed by clicking on the button "Select";
- Finally, click on the "Confirm" button to complete the operation.
Simple, isn't it? Remember that you can only change the date and time of the return ticket, only as long as it is valid.

If a Trenord customer means a customer with a title from Milan to an intermediate location (other than Malpensa), the same can travel with titles:
- First class on the service departing from Milan Cadorna;
- First class and second class (where permitted by timetable) on the service departing from Milano Centrale.

To purchase your one-way ticket online, follow this procedure:
- Choose the travel solution that best adapts to your needs;
- You can also add additional services to your ticket if you wish (e.g. bicycle transport);
- At this point, if you have not already done so, you will be asked to login to the site or to register, providing a few simple details;
- You can now proceed with the payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro), PayPal, Satispay or a prepaid Trenord card;
- If there is a ticket check on the train, you just need to provide the PNR code of your digital ticket or the email confirming your purchase.

In order to purchase your Malpensa Express ticket on the App you need to follow these steps:
- On the Trenord App, available for iOS and Android, there is a dedicated section in the shopping area, indicating the most purchased routes and all other options, along with their timetables
- To proceed with the purchase from the app, you need to complete a ‘light’ registration [name, surname and email address], to be completed in the app itself.
- The payment methods are the same as those on the website: Credit card, PayPal, Satispay and American Express, where you also have the option to remember the card details to speed up future purchases.
- For inspection purposes, the ticket purchased on the app does not require validation and must be shown to the inspector on your mobile phone

The Malpensa Express ticket allows you to travel on trains that go to the airport. It does not allow you to travel around Milan or go to stations not used by the Malpensa Express.
