Have you lost something?

If you lose an item on-board a train or at station platforms, contact the Trenord Contact Centre service, or go to one of the "My Link Points" at Milano Cadorna or Milano Porta Garibaldi.

Where do I go to pick up my lost property?

After contacting the Contact Centre, you can pick up your lost property at the My Link Point area at Milano Cadorna or Milano Porta Garibaldi stations. Items found and never claimed are stored for 6 days at a My Link Point.

What happens after 6 days?

After 6 days, recovered objects are handed over to the Lost Property Office of the Municipality of Milan, at Via Friuli, 30.
