Where do I go to pick up my lost property?
After contacting the Contact Centre, you can pick up your lost property at the My Link Point area at Milano Cadorna or Milano Porta Garibaldi stations. Items found and never claimed are stored for 15 days at a My Link Point.
What happens after 15 days?
After 15 days, recovered objects are handed over to the Lost Property Office of the Municipality of Milan, at Via Friuli, 30.
