Did you lose an item during your trip?
If you've realized you've forgotten something on a Trenord train or on the station platforms, don't worry: follow these instructions to try to recover it as quickly as possible.

The first step is to contact our Contact Center, which is available to take reports and offer support for lost items:

Provide our team with all the information needed to identify the item: description, travel time, route traveled, train number, and, if possible, the carriage you were sitting in.

Where are the found objects stored?

All items found on board trains or in station areas are delivered to our My Link Point service points, located in two main stations:

• Milan Cadorna
• Milan Porta Garibaldi

Items are held here for a maximum of six days from the date of discovery.

During this period, you can go directly to the My Link Point to check if the item has been found.

What happens after 6 days?

If the item has not been claimed after 6 days, it will be transferred to the Lost Property Office of the Municipality of Milan, which handles lost items within the city.

Some useful advice

To increase your chances of recovering your item:

• Act quickly by contacting the Contact Center as soon as possible;
• Describe the item precisely: type, brand, color, dimensions, and any distinguishing features;
• Indicate the train and route traveled, specifying the date, time, and departure/arrival station.
